Three Idiots is a forthcoming film directed by Rajkumar Hirani, starring Aamir Khan, R. Madhavan, Sharman Joshi, Kareena Kapoor, and Boman Irani in the mail roles. Kajol is making a special appearance in the movie. It is slated for a release on December 25, 2009 (Aamir's Khan Special Day, last year it was Ghajini). 3 intelligent?s names: 1. Aamir Khan - Best Performance 2. Raju Hirani - Best Direction, Dialogues, story, screenplay 3. Vidhu Vinod Chopra - Producing the film I must say that this movie may not be the finest movie, but it is the most entertaining yet touching movie. As it has got lots of laughing moments, few emotional moments and some suspense. I am really thankful to Aamir for ending this year by giving us such a wonderful movie like "3 Idiots". Although Amir, THE CAPTAIN was sailing the boat with his excellence right from he start to the end, he did also give enough space to each and every character in the movie. Music was good, little different you can enjoy it well when you are watching the movie but you can't remember afterwards (Thanks to the music director for not taking Aatif Aslam for any song) Story was nice but still lots of pitfalls are there. Critiques may raise some questions. I haven?t read Chetan Bhagat?s ?Five Point Someone? but if this is the adaptation, then its well made. But I think this is combination of Rock on (For the concept and message), Munna Bhai MBBS (lots of things are similar) Movie length is a little big nearly 3 hrs (yet only 2-3 songs) Some unwanted scenes. Photography was superb at some moments. Dialogues are good, lots of heard jokes but still you can enjoy. Aamir?s make-up was fantastic as he really looks like 22years boy. Direction was perfect by Raju Hirani. He knows very well to play with the public?s feelings. He always chooses some ?Aflatoon? subjects. The idea of showing the drawbacks of the medical field (Munna Bhai), idea of showing Gandhigiri (Lage Raho..) & this time system of education. It was a good try to encourage students to choose a career of their choice. Finally thanks to Vidhu Vinod Chopra for putting faith yet again on Raju Hirani. And giving full space to each & every1 to make such a good movie. I think this movie will get the Best Movie, story & direction award of 2009. As I said 3 idiots made by 3 intelligents.
